The win raised the Cajuns RPI from 43 to 36

Should be a bump In RPI with a win against top 50 on the road... They were right behind us at 43 or 45 I think.

And once again we lose in the midweek. We were ahead 6-3 with 3 outs to get and blew it tonight and lost 7-6.

So we are now 24-17 overall that that is 2-10 in midweek games and 22-7 in weekend games.

This year if we don't win the conference tourney we can look squarely at our pitiful midweek record as to why there is no NCAA tourney for us this year.

Our stellar midweek record continues with an 11-5 win over a god awful Murray State team.

Our coach was asked the keys to beating App State after the game. His answer was "Get to their bullpen"

He's not wrong.

Rodney has to go. The guy has no clue how to manage a game. Jucos get to start all year without producing. Our "closer" has an ERA of about 7. Blown so many games already, but he's a Juco and gets nine lives. We have no less than 6 better options in the pen.
