Excellent. Good to get the home game first. And I think we're all getting pretty robust P5 representation in our OOC schedules... so can we put the whole 'they wont' play us anymore' concern to bed?

I'd like to see a Clemson, Ole Miss and Oklahoma State home and home.

Clemson was actually really really close, so I hear, but they got cold feet at the last second.

Georgia State, Georgia Southern should be on the list too.

Cycle them with FAU and FIU. Practice match with another G5, no FCS, and 3 p5 games a year would be perfect.

Agreed. Would fix the home schedule. GSU at home in 2016 and on the road in 2018. Only 2 P5 games would be needed. We really could expand the map and play more schools like Stanford.

I assume for Georgia recruiting purposes?

Can't speak for other teams but there is a lot of hesitation scheduling UC home and home. We do have Indiana and Nebraska but those games are scheduled 7-10 years from now.

Yes. We should only recruit Georgia and Florida for most of our positions. Maybe recruit another area for stud linemen or QBs.

I've been quite happy with our northern prospects.
Latavius Murray, William Stanback, and this coming year Hudanick, then there's the Texas QB, Bo Schnieder and the WR Derren Wilson.
Then of course there's Storm Johnson, Breshad Perriman, Jamiyus Pittman, Mike Rogers, Chris Williams, Justin Holman...

I don't mind going up north or Texas to get a guy or 2 but the program is better off by building relationships in Georgia and Florida (especially Central Florida) that will last long after GOL is gone.

No...because it seems like the same few P5 teams that are willing to schedule home-homes with AAC Members (Maryland and Ga Tech have home-homes with UCF and USF).
Bottom line, majority of P5 schools will not schedule home-homes with AAC schools...as most want 7 or even 8 home games per year...and don't want to play tough non-conf road games (let alone tough non-conf home games) where a loss could mean the difference from bowling or not bowling...being ranked and not being ranked, etc..

That whole "they wont play us" thing is BS. USF has series with Georgia Tech, Wisconsin, Maryland, Syracuse, Florida State, and Texas.

At least we're getting home and homes from the majority of these programs. Except for Texas. USF has one it seems, and UCF will finish a 2 n 1 with them in 2017. We also have a one and done with Michigan next season.
