Georgia State picks up Alabama transfer

Every team in this conference gets transfers, we just happen to get quality ones.

Yep. If we had bad transfers, nobody would mention it. Since we've only gotten quality transfers under Hunter, some people mention it (few, but some). To mess with a school that brings in quality players and kids, through whatever means, is silly. It's not like we're bringing in accused rapists or drug dealers; they've all been kids who didn't work out at other programs, or wanted to get closer to home, or saw us as a better situation for whatever reason.

I hope we all get big-time transfers this offseason. Nothing would make me happier.

For most mid-majors, transfers are a way to quickly infuse talent into your basketball program . . . . Assuming they're good and work out . . . .
