I think its a long shot, I mean the guy has not played since 8th grade....However it has been done before with guys like Gates, Julius Thomas, Jimmy Graham all playing Tight End...Tight End would be his best shot if he wants to play in the NFL...I think now he is just using this as a trail run, tough decisions though upcoming for Fant as he does have an option to play overseas basketball somewhere...
