Is refusing sex discrimination?
Here are some scenerios:

- Gay woman refuses to have sex with straight man.
- Straight white man who prefers white women refuses sex with black woman.
- Straight white woman who prefers black men refuses white man.
- White john looking for femal prostitute refuses to by transexual prostitute.
- Gay man that prefers pitching refuses to catch.
- Straight man who likes athletic women refuses a fat girl.
- Woman who likes gym rats refuses a scrawny guy.
- Disease free gay man refuses sex with gay man that has HIV.

When do we get to the point that we ban sex discrimination?

Why are you ignoring Black, White, Male, Female, Straight? You seem obsessed with
gay stuff.

I discriminate when I choose Coke over Pepsi.

People act as if the word discriminate is a naughty word that comes with some level of built in negative connotation.

I am talking discrimination based on race, religion, age, body type, sexual orientation, and gender spectrum... those who are or desire to be a protected class. Obviously, this is an extreme example, but let me put out a more realistic one. Say I am a male legal prostitute in Nevada. Desperate cougars pay me to have sex with them. My business is legal, offered to the public, and I pay taxes. One day a man comes in for my services and I refuse. He sues, who wins? How is this different than a baker?

Ok, solid point on free sex, but as a legal prostitute, I am offering a service to the public. It is a contract and I am discriminating, which is illegal. No different than baking a cake in exchange for money.

I've already made this argument. More than once. It falls on deaf ears, because it doesn't fit the gay agenda.

It's not the same thing unless you are going to argue that stealing a cake from a bakery story and raping a woman is the same thing and should be punished in the same way. 03-lmfao03-lmfao03-lmfao

The legal prostitute thing actually brings in a lot of fair questions that the left cannot answer using logic. My is the male prostitute's dong any more sacred than his time to bake a cake for a gay wedding?

Exactly. Some people say "discrimination" like its a bad thing.

I discriminate when I only buy only Japanese cars.

I discriminate when I choose one school for my kids over another school.

I discriminate when I choose to fly American over Delta.

It's a stupid thread made by a stupid person being backed up by his stupid friends.

Only total idiots think baking a cake = an endorsement of gay marriage. Only total idiots think consenting to gay sex is just as big of an endorsement of homosexuality as baking a f***ing cake.

I can't believe I had to type that last sentence. And the problem with these loonies is that this extreme level of ultra stupidity extends to multiple arguments. The same group of posters literally can't tell the difference between someone destroying a women's fetus without her consent whether it's a car accident, assault, etc. vs. legalized voluntary abortion.

A good poster at the very least must know the POV of his adversaries, however that is getting harder & harder to do with these knuckleheads lately because it is close to impossible to comprehend this ridiculous thought process.

except for the fact that none of that is a valid comparison when discriminating people for their race, religion...or sexual orientation.
