Judging by your OOC schedule, the real reason is that your AD doesn't want to play anyone with a pulse.

We play Purdue this year, Louisville and Pittsburgh next year and have 1 and 1s coming up with NC STATE, Navy, and ECU. Plus we are in the talks with 1 and 1 with UVA, VT, and Auburn plus a long term series with WVU.

Hey, it's the offseason and it's nice to see a couple of ADs drawing a line in the sand. It's good for the conference, and may even add an extra chip on the shoulder when the team plays.

When those players are running into each other knocking themselves down in the secondary, I think you can throw the star system they had coming out of high school out the window. Don't get me wrong, if ODU had beat FL I'd be bragging about it too but that team obviously didn't have their **** together.

And while we're being honest both MU and GS had nice records last year by beating patsies. I mean what was your best win last year? Better than NIU? No. Better than La Tech? No.

That same Florida team lost in the last minute the week before against South Carolina in Columbia. They had problems, but they were still Florida.
