You cannot blame them for getting Barnes. After the disaster that was Tyndall, they had to go a safe route. Barnes is incredibly safe.

Lol. Rick Barnes at UTSA wasn't ever going to happen. Although there are quite a few coaches out there that were fired that UTSA should look at.

We need to upgrade our facilities or at least have a plan to do so moving forward. If not we will have trouble finding anyone who wants to coach basketball here.

Time for Lynn to open up the checkbook a little. At least a little paint and a remodeled locker room .

Here's something I agree with you on, Fit. Facilities are certainly nice, but it's the leaders who make the difference in life.

Hopefully you can scrape together some money and build something like Troy has. Nice new facility that isn't too big.

Have they even fired Brooks Thompson? I believe he has one more year on his contract.

Either way, UTSA basketball needs a much larger men's hoops budget and a new facility.

Maybe with some upgrades UTSA can get Tim Floyd to interview.

we should, UTSA boosters walked in on Floyd committing a NCAA violation in 2013 and have kept it quiet. We already know how to work with Floyd.

UTSA can do nothing until they get out of the High School Gym they play in. What major coach would want to come to UTSA and nothing to show recruits to? Texas as a lot of talent, that UTSA misses out on.
