They need to hire the guy they should have hired last time around...Rick Byrd at Belmont...UT grad, from Knoxville...at 61 he still has a few years left, just ask Larry at SMU.

Any chance they take a shot at Pastner? They really need a squeaky clean coach after these last two guys. Mike White is probably on their radar again.

Not sure if he would take it. He loves Belmont and Nashville. It would be a good hire.

Barnes could end up at Tennessee.

UT pissed off Mike White last year with lowball offers. They thought they had him hired before he cut it off and they panic hired Tyndall. I'd be surprised if he talked to them again.
