I don't think any school in the nation has actually implemented it yet. There is still a lot being discussed.

Pretty sure Alabama, Arkansas, & Texas implemented it years ago.

It just wasn't official, and usually ran through boosters.

AState and the Cajuns are the only two to officially announce it to my knowledge, but it's pretty commonly known that everyone in the league will do it.
