Show porn to children in schools: Danish sexology prof
https://www.lifesitenews.com/news/show-s...ology-prof03-puke

Quote:A professor of sexology at Aalborg University has suggested that showing children pornography in school would help children better understand sexuality.

Christian Graugaard said he hopes by watching hardcore porn, children will realize that it differs from real-life sex.

Graugaard told the Danish public broadcaster DR that if children try to act out what they see online, it could result in "broken necks and disappointment," so he thinks schools should help teenagers distinguish between porn and real life. That process, he said, would involve showing them more porn.

“Instead of having sex education be boring and technical, where you roll a condom onto a cucumber, I’d rather have us educate our children to be critical consumers who see porn with a certain distance and reflection,” Graugaard said.

Yea what could go wrong here right...

It is messed up but he does bring up an important point.

We have an entire generation raised on hardcore internet pornography who think putting golf balls into a woman's ass and double penetrations are just how sex goes.

That is a hint of a problem. LOL

The left and libertarian view of pornography plays a huge role in that problem. But this is like saying the way to fix a crack problem is to make people drunks.

If that professor was teaching that smut to my kids I'd kick his behind. There is never any reason to show kids smut and those that say it's alright are sick.

It is the responsibility of parents to educate their children on the difference between pornography, TV sex and real life. Unfortunately...There are lots of awful parents having children and simply letting them get educated on their own.

If you are not teaching your children?....Someone is.

Could not agree me... The problem is when you send them to school (presumably so they can learn to read and write) they spend 8 hours a day with people who will (1) tell them differently and (2) play into the normal adolescent mode of rebellion against parents.

Usually a teen spends more time with teachers than parents.

All the boys are going to grow up worrying about their inadequacies and all the girls will grow up with unachievable expectations.

In general libertarians and Liberals believe pornography is relatively benign. The paint people who call it dangerous as lunatics.

So you are saying that we have a generation that can't discern fantasy from reality? I don't think it's that bad. The issue might be though that if a guy has the right sexual cred, that he can get a girl to behave like a porn star sexually while most men are lucky to get any sex, let alone missionary.

I think it is to the point where we are going to have problems.

I teach college kids and many of them I have very good relationships with who tell me things and ask for advice. The squad going through college now have an entirely different outlook on sex than even I had at that point and I'm not even 30.

Degradation and sex are not the same thing and unfortunately that seems to be a common theme.

While I don't interact that much with college age kids I do agree that porn can lead tends towards degrading sexual perversions. Is it a case of unreal expectations or that such acts are the only thing that gets the motor running?

I honestly don't know. I do not like talking about it. It isn't my business and I was brought up that all of that should be private. I find it degrading that a person would ever think to tell me certain things.

The sorts of things that have been passed on though are beyond anything I would have imagined or ever thought of doing to another human being. The girls at that age today seem to think that is just how things are.

Part of me thinks that it is over stimulation in all things in their lives. They need to go nuts in some way in order for the whole experience to be more real to them. They can get gratification from online porn that is more visceral.

It is messed up and it will cause problems.

In my personal opinion, I think it already has. Every girl that I dated throughout college had been raped or sexually assaulted in some way. That's a problem.

My questions were meant to be hypothetical. I'm like you, it's not conversation that one typically has unless amongst close friends. I honestly don't know. When I read A Billion Wicked Thoughts and I was stunned by what passes for 'normal' these days.
