UAB's win was the first win for the state of Alabama in the tournament since 2006.

Congrats UAB, you earned your "B" with that win!!! Even if only for a short period of time. 04-cheers

Couple of very exciting games yesterday, great win by both teams.

I have to say as a opponent you don't like to give a lot of credit but once that ends...RJ is one of the toughest, competitive, and clutch players that's played in the SBC and as I told my son yesterday..if it got down to needing one play RJ would some how make it. But it didn't.

one of the best moments for me in this tourney was seeing RJ and his father (not the coach) walking off the court together. Not that they loss but you could see what this meant to both of them. Glad they got to share that moment together they deserved it and earned it. I believe 30 years from now they will look at that picture and still consider it one of the happiest moments i their life...even with losing a "game".
