RE: CUSA NIT thread
Miami was not just average this year - the team was either really good or really bad. We beat Duke by 20 points and lost to EKU by more. Such an off and on season. But if we beat Stanford... wow, what a great end to the year. Very very excited. Hope all of you folks in CUSA-land cheer for my Canes !! 03-wink

ooooooooooohhhhhhhh.... C ! A ! N ! E ! S !

Free throws killed WKU this year and hurt ODU tonight.Probably the most underrated part of the game.

We failed to make shots! If the Hurricanes can at least make shots, Stanford is no real threat anyone. I'll be watching, but I won't be rooting for anyone, because my team lost!

RE: CUSA NIT thread
Free throws are the only undefended points in all of sports and I'm (usually) happy with anything north of 70%.

Fair enough. Hope you're right - we seem to be hitting enough shots to get by, and that's really all that counts I suppose! Go Canes!
