6-8 seeds: UALR, South Alabama and Texas St. in some order.

Just a reminder that the winner of the game in Atlanta Saturday also clinches at least an NIT bid.

Looks like the Cajuns could be peaking at the right time on a 5 game winning streak and possibly 6 entering the SBC Conference Tournament. .

Haha. In all seriousness I will have to give App. credit. With no postseason chance at all App has played hard over the last few games. Winning vs. ULM and Texas St. when both of these teams had everything to play for is a credit to your coach. I see App. basketball being more improved next year.

Don't think the AppSt result would change anything for you guys. I kind of liked Wimp Sanderson's response (when he coached at UALR) to the question of whether it was hard to beat a team 3 times in the same season. Basically, said "If you beat a team twice you're better than them". Didn't worry about playing them a 3rd time (at least, no more than any other team he might play in a tournament).
