Do games vs. App count in breaking the tiebreaker?

I'm 99% sure they count just like normal, but after "seeds" are set, they're removed and everyone bumps up a slot.

From what I have been told...No. App is automatically placed last in the tiebreak.

It's not likely to come into play though.

The rule used to be that a team ineligible for post-season cannot win the conference or participate in a league event that determines an auto bid but counts fully for all other purposes but obviously there have been some changes (see football this year).
