The quality of ASN is always really good, too. Very impressive.

Do they try to keep same school's men and women from having to play the the same time?

That was one of the stupidest things I've ever seen. I don't know what the Tournament directors were thinking. (Yes, I already know that TV scheduling dictates most of this.) But still....LA Tech played the late game in the semifinals, and had less than 12 hours before tipoff against Tulsa the following morning in the finals. That was not conducive to LA Tech's style of play at all. LA Tech plays very physical on defense, and uses fast guard play on offense. Lots of running involved.
