Not sure why GS fans are so surprised by losing to The Citadel or N. Florida. Both are traditionally good Baseball teams and have always given us trouble. Jacksonville, Kennasaw St, and Mercer too.

Things are looking up for the sun belt in baseball. Hopefully we can put 2-4 teams in the post season this year.

Cajuns are more concerned with improving than polls. Yea being ranked No. 1 last season, and top ten most of the season was nice, and reflected how good our team was.

Whatever our rating was last week will bump up this week. Book it.

Oh, yes, and we got UNEAUX at home, a visit to Southern will be on CST Tuesday and Wednesday.

I would love to go to the Southern game as I love their head coach, he is truly a great coach, and a wonderful person.

I know him from the dozens of times I watched him coach, and his tv program. He is a rather remarkable man IMO.

Weather report is not good for either team, looks like rain is 100% probability so that means 50/50.

No, I thought you assumed he meant Georgia southern... Just making it clear which southern.

Losing to any one of those teams doesn't surprise me.

Being 0-4 on midweek games does surprise me, though.

Happened to us a couple years ago, lack of pitching depth is usually the culprit of dropping midweek games. You have front line arms to get you through weekends but not many extra arms for midweek... Or it's a lack of concentration and focus on perceived lesser opponents that leads to bonehead mistakes.

I didn't mean to quote him. I was just curious as to your relationship with him, and how you know him.
