Very possibly win last night without losing Crawford, and yes still could have lost, as Moore played much better I the second half without him plus all the defense for Memphis was gassed...so....hopefully they can play.
Want to watch Memphis. Not refs who call ten fouls on Memphis and four on the other team while the other team waltzes with the ball as well ad throws their shoulder into the face of Crawford then danced and mock clapped while he lay bleeding on the floor.
Yeah...phuck them. Still pissed.
Yep, me too. Twice as p!ssed at our coach for not going ballistic on the refs when that happened. Perfect time for a tech. Shows you got the players backs, and gains their respect, and maybe, just maybe our players start playing balls to the wall for their coach for doing such. But no, our coach is over there smiling and having a mild, respectful conversation with the ref. Couldn't believe what I was seeing. And don't tell me it wasn't that way. I sit close enough to the bench to see it first hand.
I'm glad I'm not our coach (and I know everyone else is, too.) I would've embarrassed everyone with the way I talked to the ref after, I believe, the same SMU player (#2?) took out two of our guys without a call. Inadvertent or not, you don't let your players get smacked around without putting the refs on notice, especially in your own house. At least the fans (you know, half of whom are miserables according to people on here) had the players' backs. And *&%$$# Len Elmore. Probably still pissed the way we taunted his alma mater after putting a beatdown on 'em when they had Greivis Vasquez. ACC, ACC, ACC

Refs blew it: It wasn't dirty, but a player who wishes to set a basketball screen must set his screen far enough away from the defender to give him room to see the screen and avoid crashing into the screener. Blind picks are illegal. And we see why.

I forgot about that. Usually only see that when bringing the ball up. Good point. Should've been a foul. Double *&^%&* Len Elmore.

If you look at his body on the pick you could see his upper torso was not inline with his legs. He had stepped in and had not been able to get his body lined up straight. You could see this on the outside view of the play. You could see him a he was trying to get straight after stepping in.
Elmore also took a cheap shot at the football team earlier in game Telling viewers that it is hard on Pastner because we do not have a powerful football team to take part of the attention away from basketball during parts of the year. .

Yeah the guy setting the pick wasn't square, which is why Crawford caught his shoulder.
I heard that "strong" program comment. Finishing the year in the top 25 doesn't make us a 'strong' program as compared to other programs, but it is alot stronger than it used to be.

Just dumb luck huh?
Poor planning and bad coaching to have them injured at the same time. Pastner sucks!
LMAO.
For some reason I think Pookie's gets over his "stomach bug" before saturday. We really missed his 3 minutes last night. I think the real question is whether Burrell makes the trip.
Many missed what happened with about 3-4 minutes left in the game against SMU. SOS, mind games.
And yet against Tulsa, Burrell is playing with more fire and determination than I've seen him play with all year.
Minds are a terrible thing to waste.
