Can you blame the conference?

Little selfish there huh? How about your guys not having a home game for a month.
Yeah but there's 9 days between two of those games and 14 before the next. One is in Monroe which is an easy trip and our fans will be very easy to hear down there in November.

Monroe is a fun road game for us. Families of a lot of Arkansas players can easily travel for the game, and as you said, that's our biggest fan attended road game yearly
My biggest regret is App getting put on a Thursday. That was going to be my road trip this year, but I doubt I can swing all the time off work needed for a Thursday game.

More than the game being on a Thursday is the fact that it's on a Thursday AFTER our Thursday arch rivalry game. I can see us getting 30k for GaSo, but barely hitting 18-20 for you guys.

if we get 20K for that second Thursday night game, that would be one hell of an achievement.

Are you frecking kidding me? Becouse of scheduling, look for attendance to be way down from previous years, this schedule is going to cost us some serious attendance money.
We had the same thing last year.
App - Thursday
Troy - Thursday
ULM - Thanksgiving weekend

we had something similar last year. We played Ga state, and not only are a bunch of our fans in Atlanta, a ton traveled to that game. Then 5 days later was Troy , and attendance was pretty low for that one following the ga state game.

It is tough to draw on the Saturday after Thanksgiving but that game with Louisiana could be a game that has huge implications. That should certainly help folks getting up the mountain that weekend.

Last year we had 2 Thursday night home games and a Thanksgiving weekend game. This year it is App's turn.

I am pumped about GS vs App being Thursday night. That is a great rivalry game and will be glad to be able to watch it. I hope GS and App can make it to bowls this season. I really enjoy watching both programs.

2015 Sun Belt Football Schedules
TXST has UL sandwiched between by weeks. So one game in like 28 days and then a road and at GS on five days of rest. Plus the season ends on the road for the third straight year.
There I found things to complain about. Fun Belt

I'm pissed we have away games. What audacity to schedule us on the road. What the hell is wrong with the sun belt?

If you want to take the "glass half full approach" we should come off that 1 game in 28 days both rested and healthy . . . .

I didn't realize we were the only team to play all the Sun Belt teams that finished .500 or higher. Nobody said this year was going to be easy.

Nah, we had that last year. Thought we'd give someone else the pleasure.

If we are gonna stay at this number of teams we should have an NFL type schedule, last place team gets easiest scgeduke the next year based on conference finish, first place would receive toughest. It would help improve the teams at the bottom... At least perception and might help get an extra win or 2 for those teams.

We only miss App but we also get ULL for the 3rd straight year; which you'll never see.
