Like I've said, it has to do with how your mind adapts for how your eyes are dilated and what it interprets as shadows.

Try this. If you are seeing white and gold, with the picture up, close and cover your eyes for about 1 or 2 minutes. This will dilate your eyes. When you open them it will be blue/black as your eyes adjust back to the environment lighting it will shift back to white/gold.

Look at these and go back and look at the "white and gold" pic and see if it changes the way you see it now. Like others have said, it has to do with the lighting, angle, etc of that particular pic. When I first saw the pic it looked white and gold to me too. Then I saw a better pic (above) and now I can see it's actually blue and black on the original pic.

Not it's a gif with the Picture and then the Negative of the picture run right after it. You guys fell for the simplest Photo shop trick.

Look closely at the picture. It flashes the picture then the Negative of the same picture in a loop.

No. Ive looked at it on multiple devices, changed the brightness, RGB, etc...On each. And every time I see black and blue

The dress is Blue and Black. That's the original picture. The gold and White is the Negative. Anyone who's developed their own pictures will see this for what it is. Also if you've had any experience in animation, you'd know.

After reviewing the "Original" picture, I'd have to say it's the material used in the dress that's causing the issue. Have any of you experienced black light effects in a club. The run way is probably set up with the black light's as a wow factor. Just my hunch.
