Well Shaq was standing there watching it happen. I'd love to see Josh get these kids to communicate better on the court so this doesn't happen again, but you can't expect too much with all the new faces. Communication will come.

They are simply ready with snark and bait.
Phucking shame really.
Normal fanbases would recognize the effort last night and the screw job in the first half by the refs...circle the wagons, and tell others we may be having. Disappointing season but don't you
U think you can phuck with us.
Nichols missed. Ton of short open shots. Guess that was Browns plan last night. Leave him open as he knew he would miss.
Have not once argued that Pastner is hall of game, or does not have lots to still learn and improve on. But last night, he had his team, incredibly short handed, plying their asses off...while Moore, Brown's best player, was taken out of the game before Crawford was injured by a borderline dirty play. Although our fans will never see it that way.
Disappointing season. Happens. Disappointing fanbase, embarrassing. What a plucking shame.
Forrest, trees.

Looked like he mouthed the words, "Yo momma wears army boots" to that gray haired ref. Brutal.
Yo mama so stupid she watches The Three Stooges and takes notes.

As crawford's head neared his shoulder he threw it forward, could have broken his jaw.
Watch it again. As much as I wish it was an illegal pick, it was not.

I haven't looked at it again, but some are saying it was blind pick...which is illegal.

Wasn't only foul differential. One play the offside forward actually stood with left foot in the lane for 10 seconds. Another play the player was standing out of bounds right beside the ref and tapped the ball and no call. Another their player took three steps going from baseline to elbow before putting ball down with no call. So many other questionable calls besides just FT differential that effected the game.

It was a 50/50 call. From one angle it looked fine, from another angle he was definitely leaning with his shoulder. The refs called what they wanted to call, or not call.
There was a time, spanning many coaches, arenas and fans, that call would have torn the house down. Now we have a mild mannered coach and the fans are following suit. I hope the displeasure with that call was much louder in person than it was on TV

I'm not defending the call or non-call but every time the Memphis fans show their displeasure, the people calling the game really give it to the fans. I don't think Memphis fans are any worse than fans from other schools in this regard. It just seems like that has happened the past several home games. You would think these guys would understand there is a lot of frustration with Tiger basketball that goes way beyond questionable calls on the court.

I agree with what you said about Tigers fans being the same as those from other schools. I also think the announcers do understand what's going on (i.e. the fans being displeased with the direction this season has taken.) Certainly not to the degree of most fans, of course, but several have made comments suggesting there is trouble brewing.

I don't know if was by order, but the broadcast crew Saturday night spent a lot of time questioning the calls going against Memphis, a complete turnaround from the previous game.

Yes, for sure. The crew did noticeably question a few calls. Then again, there were several ridiculous calls!
