Since they are breaking ground, have they released any design or drawings other than an artist rendering? It looks like it will be a very nice facility.

Congrats, and long overdue. I noted in the article that this will be the first construction related to athletics in over 35 years. Exisitng facilities must really be threadbear and recruiting's tough enough these days without that liability.

The structure will be made so that it can accommodate a third floor if and when the funds are raised for that. I'm guessing that will be the social part of the building, with an observation deck and such.

Again, the idea of ULM with a competent administration should be very frightening for SBC schools. They already do more with less better than anyone else. I shudder to think of what would happen if they started to get resources equal to the rest of us.

GS is in the same boat. We have the competent leadership now I believe, and it has shown since day one of the new Pres and AD.
