Agreed. Despite being in the WWE Room, it's hard to see the humor in this. It's akin to questioning Serena Williams gender based solely upon her appearance. This might come as a shock, but it's not that easy for black women to obtain the slight and dainty builds that come naturally to most white women in the US. I used to agree, but I think they just work harder and from a younger age. My son is the only white kid in his entire basketball league and was one of two in the summer league. It isn't an inner-city league either, it is the YMCA. These kids are learning the fundamentals and basic Xs and Os of the game at 5 and 6 years old. They are going to be well ahead of the kids that wait until they are 8-10 to try to play, despite athletic talent.

It's not a guarantee, but to deny that black weren't breed during slavery for physical optimization is naive. Again, just compare both Serena Williams and Michelle Obama. You know the most exercise the First Lady has probably done is cardio related. Yet her shoulders and back are easily as broad as Serena's. Many black women choose not to lift for the same reason (hair is of course #1), its relatively easy for them to put on muscle mass.

Let him chase what he enjoys, whatever it may be. I couldn't get mine to touch a ball until last winter. After 4 years of attending countless ODU basketball games he finally got interested and it quickly turned into an obsession once he developed a shot. He started by shooting one-handed and became money once he added the 2nd hand. He was out there playing for hours at a time, no matter the weather. I have pictures of him playing in an ice storm. I taught him nothing. Same thing happened over the summer with soccer (ugh) when the world cup was on. We do offer him more free range than most parents are willing, letting him play unsupervised. He is almost never inside before 8PM. The thing is, I was an average athlete usually picked somewhere in the middle and my wife has no athleticism, which is why I question the genetics. Genetics certainly play a role in size, but gross motor skills take practice and mine has and is putting in the hours.

Yes, pure size is certainly genetic, but Serena Williams, Tiger Woods, and LeBron James haven't achieved what they have without hours upon hours of coaching, practice, and incredible dedication. Without that, they are just another Ryan Leaf or John Daly. On the other end of the spectrum is Tom Brady, who certainly does not have superior genetics.
