OK, I just took your comment as there are not many good two and three star kids choosing FCS over G5. I looked into it and was actually surprised at how many there were. I agree with the stipend it will override many of the reasons kids choose FCS over a G5. The few reasons I don't see it affecting greatly off the top of my head is huge distance to a FBS from home and kids that actually choose a school for academics as there are a ton of FCS schools with stellar academic reputations. If we do exactly what the P5 does it will not affect really any of the kids most of the P5 goes after or get as they are far less likely to be battling an FCS for a low ranked three or good two star kid. So they stay the same and we win far more battles against the FCS....hopefully it works out like this.
