Turn it into a mixed use venue with a beer garden/brewery type vibe and a small concert area. Could be a large extension of Tiger Lane. If Memphis gets in the Big 12 you want a spot in which people can come and enjoy the area without having to go to the game because in a future Big 12 world you are hoping for sellouts and so then you would actually need places for people to hang out. Such as a brewery and restaurants and what have you.

Yeah it can work for now, but what really works is a variety of places to hang out after the game when it's OC........lots of commercial development & potential for commercial development around our campus.
