What a great game and huge win for the Rockets! They have put themselves in great position to get a top two seed in the MAC Tournament. I was at the game and I think that was their best performance of the season thus far. They have now broken all of their long road losing streaks in the conference.

Another BIG road win.

Stan had several really good teams but they usually seemed to fade a bit as the season wore on and it always seemed that they were never as good in March as in December. Even last year's Rockets were arguably playing better ball in November and December than in February and March. But this year the team seems to be peaking at the right time.

Still a long way to go yet and the first order of business has to be winning enough of the remaining games to end up as a top 4 seed, but I do like the way they can win on the road which will hopefully will give them an edge come tournament time.

With Akron losing today we have all but locked up a top 4 seed. would just need to finish 2-2 I believe. we control our own destiny to get a top 2 seed, lets do it!

I want to say I wanted it more last year, mainly for Rian, but this team has been put under the gun all year and almost every game were told win or disappoint everybody. They could have folded up and put a cap on the season after 5 MAC games just when everyone wanted to ride them off. Now they control their own destiny to a top 2 seed with just four games left. The senior trio could not be a classier group of guys and you can just see the determination coming from them day in and day out. While we have seen their flaws this year, we've also seen how great they can be. Set a standard for this team from here on out and put on your best suit, lets go dancing.
