You'll never make everybody happy. If I were AD I'd make all night games until late in the season (with obvious exceptions for TV).

I've always said we should play olemiss opening week, but this October date this season has the makings of big home game if we can get off to a hot start.

all our home games are covered by the ESPN contract, so we don't control any of them.

If we get off to a hot start and win all of our games leading up to the Black Bear game, that game will be a National TV game with 2 teams potentially being undefeated!! Would be huge for the Tigers!!

Yeah, I had noted in a previous thread that OM has to get by BAMA (or at least play them well) and will likley be top 10. Memphis will have the three other OOC games and 2 AAC games to make it into the OM game undefeated and possibly a top 15-20 ranking.

Yea.. forgot about the Black Bears playing Bama.. that's a lost, but potentially we could be undefeated! Or both teams with one lost would still be a great National game.

At Tulsa is on a Friday. And, Cincy is on Thursday.

I don't necessary like opening on a Thursday night unless it's on one of the ESPN channels. This will be a big blow out against Missouri State, regardless of which night we play.
