Shimko to Georgia
Our recruiting coordinator from this past season has taken a job with Georgia. Not bad if he is the only one that leaves from the staff.

Nice career move. Seems to me if We begin to show a record of well performing assistants getting an upward boost, it will help us in getting good quality replacements for them as well.

Don't want too much turnover though, which has happened at times in the past.

Dang, he was just moving over to help with QB's, too. Good luck to him!

I don't think Fleck was at the letter ceremony last night. Is the national coaches conference going on this week? If so, that's the time when the turnover usually occurs.

I could see Hart, Cirrocca, McGarigle, Kenney, Callahan, and even Nichol the SCC go. In that business you strike when the iron is hot. Name another field where you can double your salary over night and not turn it down.
