After the chaos of the ACC tourny,it'll be interesting to see who gets in. I just don't see Clemson or Florida St. getting in ahead of WVU but who knows. What's great is the the SEC is still sitting at 4 teams in for sure. They suck and I love it!

Florida State should be in before duke this year.. they have almost identical records, and have gone farther in the conference tourney, and beat Duke on their home floor..

Memphis is pretty freaking good. I think they'd have as good a chance as anybody at winning the BE. I know they embarassed the Cats worse than anyone else did when we went there this year.

Beat someone in the Top 50 in the RPI before spouting off about Memphis winning the BIG EAST.

Memphis, I believe, would be very competitive in the BEast. I think no doubt they'd be one of the top 6 teams.

Definitely. I think they would have been there for a bye, maybe more. What's funny is that many think they would step into nearly every league in the country and win it easily. Perhaps, but we sure have nothing to prove that assertion based on results.

I know Memphis is good, but it's tough being the new kid on the block. Look at what happened to The Ville it's first season in the BEast in football and basketball. They didn't rule as we and others thought.

I think they did but I don't look at the RPI numbers closely - I believe Gonzaga, UK and perhaps Ole Miss ended up in the top 50 RPI.
