that could favor USF. A lot of home favorites have sluggish starts with early kickoffs and the home crowd will be half asleep or hungover

11:30 is an odd kick-off time. Why aren't they just kicking off at noon?

September 26 was original date. No time was announced because they were waiting on ESPN.
I actually like it better because with the previous schedule we would had a bye week in week 2 or playing a conference game.

Winston gone, no established QB, and moved earlier in the season. I like it, bodes well for USF.

Don't think we are to the point where we can beat them But we did beat them up there the last time we played them at Doak we a first game starter at QB.

That can only help USF...as whoever is the new FSU QB for 2015...they will have just 1 game played under their system...so that can only help USF.

FSU "should" probably turn into a ground machine next year with Cook (something FSU couldn't do vs USF in 2009...where FSU had less than 20 yds rushing for the entire game) but it only takes a few mistakes to turn around a game. (Think FSU turned the ball over 4-5 times vs USF in that game).

Probably wont beat them. They aren't down like they were in 09' with Bobby still trying to hang in there when they finished the season 7-6. Fisher and co have some shady stuff going on there and they keep bringing in top 5 recruiting classes every year. Just too big of a talent gap most likely.

In State rivalry game anything can happen. A lot of the guys from both teams probably know each other from high school...it will be an intense game. Early kickoff should favor USF. Hopefully you can run the ball right down there throats all game long.

in 09, USF brought a HUGE crowd to FSU. Hopefully that happens again.

I predict USF will have a puncher's chance. Yes, I know FSU is very talented, but they will be breaking in a new QB. In state rivalry game, and Taggart will be coaching for his life. USF defeated FSU 17-7 in 2009 and lost to them 30-17 I believe in 2012.

I'm not sure anyone but usf fans would consider this a "rivalry" game

I am not sure any time change is going to help USF against FSU. To bad it is not UCF vs FSU, that would be one whale of a ball game.

Any instate game is a rivalry game. I'd say the same thing if USF was playing FIU or FAU.

In case you didn't know, USF has already defeated FSU.

Well since USF has already defeated FSU and played a relatively close game in the other USF/FSU game, I think they'll have a chance. When's the last time UCF has defeated either FSU or Miami (both of which USF has done).

I think we lost to fsu back in 1995 before we were d1 so were 0-1 against them and 0-2 against miami. Whats your point here? Don't have to get all defensive and insecure lol.

If were gonna play this game. How many BCS bowl wins does usf have? How many conference championship titles does usf have? See how this stuff is irrelevant to what were were talking about?

usf does not have a chance. usf is down right now and even without winston fsu will blow y'all away. You guys have 6 wins in two years. So I dont see you guys even being in a close game with fsu

If its not a total dumpster fire that embarreses us, then Ill be happy. We will be facing a team that has more 5 and 4 star players on their offense then what USF has signed in our history.

RE: USF at FSU game moved
USF definitely has a shot at this win. USF just needs the defense to be as good as last season and then get a passing game to compliment the run game and the Bulls will be playing in a bowl last year and definitely competive with this FSU squad.

I don't think we will win but I do expect both our defense and offenses to be better than last year so if that's the case we shouldn't get blown out and could come down to turn overs.

I know most of you think of USF as we have been the past three years but USF has had many big wins vs big name opponents at their places in the recent past.
