When people talk about their budgets you have to take it with a huge grain of salt. There are schools with supposedly huge budgets who have average facilities, underpaid coaches and fan support that is nothing to write home about. A good accountant and administration can do a lot of things to create a big budget on paper. The real key is how much are you spending and what are you paying for?

FAU said it will pay 4,500, sounds like a lot until you do the math. Its $13 a day

Let's just say programs like App and Ark St. have pretty good ROIC.
