That was an entertaining board to read. My favorite comment on one of the old logos, "That's one angry chicken."

The logo is pretty good but the uniforms are beyond terrible.

I liked the neon yellow and green uniforms--looked a bit like Oregon Duck football!

The logo will take some getting used to. At least it is better than the one we had back in the 80s or 90s--can't remember exactly when--that had a weird bird with a sailor cap and a mouthful of teeth. I mean, UNCW is known for it's Biology program and the whole bird with teeth thing didn't sit well!

Yellow was kind of inevitable I suppose with the way schools like Baylor and Oregon headed. It's easier to make use of both teal and navy when you have a yellow background. I heard they looked great on TV despite what our resident curmudgeon stated.

I was a big fan of the yellow.

I think the color and logo change gave our boys some extra swagger in that game last night too.
