At least some at ESPN think it was UCF:

That's very impressive...especially considering UCF's small class (compared to almost all other G5 teams).
ESPN Broke Down the Top 75 Recruiting Classes...here's their breakdown of G5 programs included in that ranking:
UCF Knights
National rank: 49
ESPN 300 wide receiver and former USC commit Tristan Payton and cornerback Rashard Causey Jr. headline a Knights class that is stocked full of Florida, Georgia and Texas prospects. Three-star center Luke Hiers could be a multiyear starter and anchor up front. Linebacker was a big position of need, and UCF has four athletic prospects on the way.
Cincinnati Bearcats
National rank: 65
Four-star quarterback Ross Trail could be the future for the Bearcats. Three-star running back Taylor Boose brings size, as do three-star linebacker Marquise Copeland and junior college transfer Antonio Kinard. Three-star guard Evan Mallory is a good bet to be a multiyear starter. Junior college transfer DeLonte Murray is a key get on the offensive line.
Boise State Broncos
National rank: 69
Four-star quarterback Brett Rypien headlines a Broncos class that includes junior college transfer Kameron Miles as well as three-star Texas playmakers Ladarryl Blair and Akilian Butler. Three-star tight end Matt Pistone is a good bet to see the field quickly.
Marshall Thundering Herd
National rank: 70
The state of Florida is key for Marshall, and the class of 2015 has good returns with three-star quarterback Chase Litton, receiver Von Davis, receiver Larry Dunnon and defenders Doyle Grimes and Marquis Couch. Three-star defensive end Channing Hames is a good bet to play early, as is Ohio receiver Reggie Rogers.
Florida Atlantic Owls
National rank: 71
Quarterback Daniel Parr headlines the Owls' class after FAU fought off FBS schools to keep him in the fold before he enrolled this month. Twenty-two of 26 prospects are from the Sunshine State, including three-star guard Tarrick Thomas and three-star cornerbacks Shelton Lewis and Gerald Robinson. Safeties Rodrick Archer and Jalen Young should see the field early and often. Three-star outside linebacker Jaye Miner has as much upside as any in the class.
South Florida Bulls
National rank: 72
Concerns along the offensive and defensive lines have been addressed by the Bulls with three-star defensive tackle Marlon Gonzalez and end Danny Thomas. Four three-star offensive linemen are on board, led by junior college tackle Glen Bethel and upside tackle Marcus Norman. Three-star athletes Chris Barr and Trevon Sands will likely hit the field right away.
Georgia Southern Eagles
National rank: 73
A familiar name headlines the Eagles' class, Dexter Carter Jr. The three-star receiver is joined by a three-star steal Jessie Liptrot from Florida. Three-star quarterbacks Christian Matthew and Hampton McConnell provide future depth. Three-star inside linebacker Logan Hunt brings size and physicality. Offensive tackles Jeremiah Culbreth and Jeremiah Theus are scheme fits.
Memphis Tigers
National rank: 74
Memphis signed a big class, highlighted by physically impressive tailback Jamarius Henderson on offense and linebacker Joseph Prevost on defense. Keep an eye on quarterback Brady Davis, who has a chance to be solid with continued physical development. Tre Hamilton could be a nice future target at receiver.
Temple Owls
National rank: 75
Three-star cornerback Kareem Ali Jr., who has already enrolled, was a huge win on the trail. Three-star junior college defensive tackle Greg Webb should plug and play from day one. Dana Levine and Daishaun Grimes, three-star defenders from the Sunshine State, add needed speed and playmaking. Big running back Chapelle Cook is one to watch on the offensive side of the ball.
