Just found out one of our starters (Sr. G Wes Davis) has an injured shoulder and did not play vs GS and App, at home. He may not even be ready for ULL. 03-banghead

No wonder our D has dropped recently.

USA was down 53-43 at halftime to Louisiana Lafayette, but came back to win 89-85 to complete the season sweep.

Go Jags!

Yeah, RJ Hunter returned back to form as he hit 7 3-pointers. Panthers won 6 of the last 7. Good to see them playing like we know they can.

Panthers are going to KILL Astate--red wolves blow a 13 point home lead and lose to ten by UALR (thanks in large part to 19 turnovers that UALR was able to score 24 points on)

Keep the faith. GSU basketball was atrocious for a very very long time. Then we hired Ron Hunter. People once thought it was impossible to win at GSU. There's always a better day tomorrow.

Brady has been told he has to get this team back to middle of the pack at least, or pack his bags. Certainly gone if we don't make the tourney, might be gone if we only get in because App hired Jeff Capel a few years back.

We could have beaten UALR by 30 and Georgia State was going to beat us. They play a matchup zone. Brady admits that he doesn't tech zone offense. Meaning we're going to pass it around the perimeter and hope someone hits a three.

Which come to think of it, isnt any different than our normal offense.

ULM couldn't give the game away. Troy had it handed to them in the form a flagrant with seconds left, down by two, missed both free throws, and turned the ball over back to ULM.

UTA has an 8-9 point lead with 8 minutes to go in the game. Just poor second half of the second half.

Our men's basketball team is allergic to winning.

I'm hoping last night for Southern was the start of our offense clicking and shots dropping. If our defense can keep playing like it is, and our offense continues to shoot like they did last night, we will have a good shot at winning the SB tourney. We will see.

If that keeps up, y'all are gonna be dangerous. I'm looking forward to next Thursday!

ULM has to make every game exciting, whether against Florida or Troy. 01-lauramac2
