RE: Bright Future of the SBC
Texas States is trying to raise 8M to add locker rooms, offices, etc to the baseball field. That should be nice once it happens.

A feasibility was being done to take down the basketball wall and add suites. Haven't heard any updates.

Football will expand either adding suites to the east or seat up to the south end zone complex but hat is all based on need. I hope they add the suites.

On the Bobcat Athletic site, there's a nice video with Ty Harrington where he addresses the 8 million dollar upgrades to the Baseball facility . . .

The suites are definitely needed for football. I do hope that's the next project.

Especially if Kaspar can get us into the SBC tourney this year, with a decent win or two in it... It will line up perfectly to have basketball suites added.

For basketball at least, we really need to put a product out that has some wins. Our team isn't extremely exciting to watch (it's the style... It gets wins, but is rather boring... which I am TOTALLY cool with), so we need wins to put butts in the seats. If we can do that, then we can start to look at some suites for the games, as well as renovations.
