that is weird since ncaa has ulm at 155 and uta gastate and gaso all ahead of them. and espn has them at 162 I think. maybe they are expected to win the conference tourney

No, its just that ULM is first in the standings and for mid-major leagues ESPN just sticks whichever school is first in the standings into their Bracket.
