Will be an interesting season with Coach Harrington's battle with cancer. I think in the Disney version of this Coach makes a full recovery and we make it to the College World Series.

looking forward to new season at uta . big things happening. we are finishing new baseball building and stadium renovation and will have some good teams coming in to play us: texas tcu baylor west virginia michigan state and some good sun belt teams. we lost 6 players drafted so will have some holes to fill. looks like we have 6 games against 3 of the preseason top 10 teams

What's the story regarding cancer and your coach? I didn't know that. When was he diagnosed, how far along, etc...

Coach Harrington is a total badass, I expect a huge amount of student support at the games this season no matter the record (even though I think we will be pretty damn good).

Harrington was very popular when he was an assistant at AState and many thought he would be the heir apparent for the job. Wish him all the best, he's one of those guys you'd like whether he was coaching your team or the accountant living next door.
