Hawks are 12.5 point dogs.

This is pretty easily the best team in the conference right now. I don't think we'll be snapping our losing streak tonight, especially when you factor in that we're 1-6 at Matthews Arena.

The upside here is that this would be by far our best win of the season if we can pull off the upset.

What a road trip for a lower level D1 school to take-makes zero sense for a UNCW.Not to mention they have very little chance to win.

I'm confused by this post. Did you forget that Northeastern is in the CAA or something? Obviously you've been an advocate for us leaving the conference but I fail to see what we could have done about that in regards to the 2015 schedule.

The Mullet doesn't like UNCW being in the CAA.

Yes they have streaming. It has been very good in the past. The line is now at 11.
Not many people know about it but mullet is on retainer from the southern conference to lobby for us to leave the CAA and join the so con.; )

Their gym is a very tough place to play and I think it doubles for hockey or at least it feels like it!
Why does a UNCW play in a basketball conference with a team from Boston?NE is a good program,with a good coaching staff and if UNCW can beat them there it is a great win of course.I just can't make any sense of it.

hofstra and ne are the class of the caa this year. it is definitely a weaker conference than what we are used to, but that gives us an opportunity to be competitive right off the bat. we have shown these past two games we can compete with any team in this conference. hopefully we can hang on to our halftime lead tonight
