We have a bet going on now.

If the Packers win they have to wear GB gear the Friday after. If Dallas wins I have to wear Dallas gear.

Can't wait for this one.

Unless you enjoy betting just for the fun or sport of it, this is not a good game to gamble on. It could literally go either way. It could come down to a picked up flag or multiple missed holding calls or one or two plays in the first quarter or 4th quarter.

Dallas, Green Bay, Seattle, Denver and New England are all about dead even imo. Baltimore is very dangerous this time of year. No one team has broken out of that pack, though one will take the Lombardi trophy next month. Everyone seems to be peaking at the right time. Everyone is talented and very well coached, and each team has some flaws.

Matchups, very small details, and a touch of good old fashion luck are all that will separate these teams from here on.

I tell you what, I would have to take the Cowboys and the points. The Cowboys might lose but I believe they will cover the spread. I want the Cowboys to Win, the Seahawks have a little pay back.

You sound a bit butthurt over the Dallas/Detroit game.

I hate to break it to you, but the picked up flag is being WAY blown out of proportion. When they picked up that flag, most of the 4th quarter was left and the Lions still had the lead.

Suppose they don't pick up the flag...... All the the lions would have received was a single first down. That's all. Its doubtful they would of scored on that drive because they failed to get into the end zone the entire second half.

For Detroit to lose that game, they still had to shank a punt, fail to put any points on the boards in the 4th quarter, and give up a 60 yard scoring drive to fall behind. A drive in which the lions committed several KEY penalties. Oh, and they had to fail on their next drive again.

Anyone pretending they got robbed is just a delusion twit.

lol the only one that sounds butthurt here is you trying to defend something the league has already stated was wrong not to mention the other apology issued out today.

Keep dodging the point.

By a specific definition of the rules, it can be called pass interference. The problem is there was no more contact there than on any typical NFL play were no flags are thrown. Plus the offensive player made contact with the defensive player first, and they were well beyond 5 yards.

But the much bigger point is butthurt haters are trying to BS and pretend that was THE play of the game. The flag was simply for one single first down first down and they were still near midfield. Even a FG there would not have kept them from losing in the end. The fact is the Lions still had the lead and a big chunk of the 4th quarter was still left to be played. The lions still managed to shank a punt, give up ANOTHER 60 yard TD drive and fail to even get into scoring position at the end (against a very average Dallas defense) with plenty of time still on the clock.

Boo F*ckin whoo

Cry me a damn river.

RE: Cowboys vs Packers
Its worth noting that this absurd overblow of that single call has basically taken any credit away from the cowboys and the players & coaches are feeling rather disrespected now. They won a big playoff game in huge double digit comeback against the most physical and talented defense in the NFL and the deserved some respect for that. But all anyone is talking about it that one call early in the 4th. Even Obama has chimed in now.

Its just the kind of thing that pushes players button an a personal level and gives them just a little extra juice going into in these big games. We've seen similar type situations fuel teams the following week this time of the year.

Works for me. They will play with a chip on their shoulder as if they haven't even won a playoff game yet and still have EVERYTHING to prove.

Everything is better when the Cowboys are winning. You think it's just a coincidence that the economy is recovering and gas is $2 a gallon in the same fall that the Cowboys went 12-4? Wake up, man. America's Team, the Dallas Cowboys, is on a mission to set the world straight. I wouldn't be at all surprised to see ISIS tumble like a house of cards on Monday after the Cowboys beat the Packers.

They won't beat Seattle a second time in Century Link... that's all that matters.

They didn't think we'd beat them the first time either.

no one told Detroit to kick it on 4th and 1....and even if they did...I am sure they would have preferred that the Detroit punter kick it further than 10 yards.
Good teams find ways to overcome bad refs.
That is all.
