That quick game is a good thing if only because there's no conflict with the women's game against the Salukis. I'm about to start a game thread for that one, unless someone has just started it. But I might not be giving updates for all of that one.

Given the level of competition, I would have liked to have seen the Rockets play another more complete game start-to-finish like they did Wednesday, but I'm starting to join the "a win is a win" crowd. Just not sure what kind of Rocket team we have this time around.

Cheap beers with free popcorn and peanuts. Can we play here again?

Even the best teams in the country don't play great basketball from start to finish in every single game. There are ebbs and flows in every game. It's just the way it is. I'm very happy with a five game winning streak!

We very easily could have 2 more wins, and probably should.

No. Certain posters expect a perfect game. Every game. 14 point wins aren't good enough. Being up by 17 at half isn't enough. Winning the rebounding battle by 10 isn't enough. Having a 3:1 assist to TO ratio isn't enough. Having only 5 TOs isn't enough.

Game turned in the second half today when coach went to hall, lauf, Mosley , booth and Drummond. Sounded like juice JD and Jon Jon weren't getting back on d or playing a lick of d

really worried about the p day layoff till Duke. If we come out cold and out of sync could be a long night.

Didn't you know that we are supposed to be No. 1 in the country? LOL. I'll be happy if we keep the Duke game under a 15 point loss.
