One could argue the disadvantage their QB has finding receivers downfield is a bigger hit to them than us.

It might play with the WMU guys heads a bit at the beginning... thinking too much into it... but overall I don't see an advantage... I think its going to involve our fan base complaining more than our team...

Another "don't let the circumstances dictate your behavior" learning moment I suppose.

This fan base complain ... ?? Ha Ha there have been days when I wondered if there would ever be a positve comment again. Everybody loves a winner. Here's hoping we never see those gloom and doom days again any time soon. R.T.B. and GO BRONCOS

RE: Air Force wearing all blue tomorrow
I see it as more of an advantage to THEM. They're not going to be throwing long balls -- so nix that disadvantage from them (unless we happen to be winning by a ton, but then who cares, right?)....

They are going to be running an offense we are NOT at all used to. At all. Blending in with that camo to the odd turf is going to at least add to a little more difficulty, since battling their offense is something New to our D and our D isn't going to be reacting so instinctively, but instead in a new gear in many ways -- hence this being a small monkey in the wrench to ensure the uncomfortability to adjusting to their "Way" to contain them.

IMO this is a completely overblown "advantage." Does, say, MSU have an advantage wearing all-green unis while playing on green grass? I can understand how coaches may have a harder time breaking down Boise in all blues on film, but in terms of the play on the field in live action, I don't think it's any real advantage and I hope none of us use it as an excuse if things don't break our way tomorrow.

I see your point, but I'd say that'd be very minimal IF anything. One's used to playing on green grass, day in, day out for their whole lives. Very easy to discern shade differences because of it.

EMU wearing gray uniforms on gray grass? Air Force wearing blue uniforms on blue grass? As a fan watching, you notice the difference between that and watching an MSU game in their mostly-green gear on standard grass. On the wack-colored grass, you don't notice shade differences -- blends in Way too easily.

Hopefully we have pants that match this time. Not brown and white, but brown and gold!

Not worried at all about what who is wearing tomorrow. It's a football game, not a damn fashion show.

It may matter up until the first hit. Then it matters not. Losing in "style" is losing, period. Hoping the kids are more focused than the fans.
