FAU President sent out an university-community wide email yesterday sending our condolences to Marshall. Thoughts and prayers y'all.

Kopp advanced Marshall so much his loss can't be measured. Had he had more time, who knows, he may have finally been able to get a law school for Marshall.

The only way Marshall ever gets a law school is if they fund it privately. The state of WV will never allow Marshall to set up a law school with state monies. No way are they going to have Marshall law grads trying to take congressional seats in the state. Thats just a hard fact.
