After watching the USA bowl performance it looks like they could use the quick upgrades.

Yea, the bowl game was tough to watch.....a lot like you must have felt after watching the 47-21 a** whipping you took from us at YOUR stadium this year.....03-lmfao

actually, the game against us was much tougher to watch and much more embarrassing, probably similar to how Michigan felt when we beat them

The way we can look at this is that the more guys that go one place the more the others are comfortable being there......It is not like this is common at all and even if there are some ruffled feathers with clicks in the beginning the team will all likely morph into a pretty good one by the end......It will just take a little while....by season starting these guys by being there in the spring will be pretty integrated by the first game.....USA wins and the guys from UAB have made the most out of situation that I hope does not become more common in football...........good luck to the UAB players for this coming season and as for playing Troy....well you never really did like us much so should be no different in that.....Happy New Year and I do hope the rest of you the same.04-rock04-cheers

The way I see it, you were going to get 20 to 25 new guys anyway. 3 QB will still be competing for the same job whether they are at UAB or USA.

The next week that same App Team comes in and beats us fairly handily until they discovered the prevent defense in the final 3 minutes.

Obviously teams change over time.

You were playing against the 2nd and 3rd team defense in that game. Don't think they ever even tried. Not really a good example of "lol football so kooky xD"

just like you had like 40 scholly players in the app game

When you graduate basically your entire o line this maybe the biggest get for GS next year. This combined with that giant juco kid we got has my worries about the o line next year way lower. Huge get for GaSouth by far our biggest need.

Here's the press release. Welcome to Southern big man!
