Army/Navy
I love watching WMU vs. CMU, Minnesota Vikings vs. the NFC North, Detroit Red Wings vs. the other original six teams, the Detroit Tigers vs. the American League Central and USA vs. everyone in all sports. But my favorite game of the year since I was a young boy has always been Army vs. Navy! Their was a time in history when this game had national title implications and several times athletes from these two schools produced Heisman Trophy winners. But, today these teams struggle. This rivalry dates back to the Revolutionary War when both the Army and Navy were in their infancies as departments of the US Military. With all due respect to Michigan university vs Michigan State, Alabama vs Auburn and Western Michigan vs Central Michigan, there is no rivalry like Army vs Navy. These two respect each other. When was the last time WMU and CMU go to each others student section to sing their opponents fight song? Never, because there is no respect for your opponent either in victory or in defeat.

The one thing in my life that I wish I could do before I die is to go to the Army/Navy game, but that will probably be never. Anyway.....

GO ARMY SINK NAVY!!!!

The best rendition of our national anthem I have heard of in a long time.

Unfortunately I can't argue with that and the order. :-)

Definitely the best rivalry in the country. Wasn't there talk about bringing this game to Detroit?

I don't know I didn't hear about Detroit but I did hear Soldier Field is supposed to host the game.

Huge special teams play for Army. First non-offensive points since 2001.

Army Spirit Message commercial an instant classic.

"Don't be like this guy!" Referring to a puny Navy guy.

Army got screwed by that timeout on 4th and short and Navy capitalizes on it. Great game so far but big mistake by the officials.

RE: Army/Navy
So the ACC officials have made a new rule during the game.

When the ball carriers head breaks the plane of the goal line a touchdown will be called. The ball does not have to be seen or break the plane.

John your not going to win one until this qb graduates.

Monken is a good coach and Army will get better the next few years.

Kimbo, we can't win one with this team. The blocked.punt was the first points scored since 2001 by a unit other than our offense. Our defense can't stop a gnat and our offense has been inside the 40 four times and have 0 points.

What I want:

Assistant coaches that can recruit.
Assistant coaches that can coach.
A quarterback that can pass
An offensive line that can pass block.
A defense that can stop the run.

In baseball they are the #2 overall I would put them at 6.
