They're winning for now and don't know how to react in these types of situatios... But when Briles leaves they're right back to their usual failures ways.
We beat them badly on a neutral field. The thought that the no one in the AAC can compete with them is laughable especially with how the fiesta bowl turned out. They were talking a lot (good natured) before the game but they didn't say anything afterwards, like walk of shame next day girl leaving a one night stand quiet and avoiding eye contact.

Unfortunately I think you may be right. I've had these thoughts ever since we started getting mentioned as a possible candidate for the B12.

Unfortunately anytime you associate yourself with an institution as UT anything like this always has to be in back of your mind, no healthy but nothing is ever stable with them.
I honestly believe UT goes the Indy route, Oklahoma and Kansas to the sec.

Their fans also said UCF would be shocked by their team speed. We had a cute team, but this was a different level. In the actual game, it was the Baylor DBs holding on for dear life (flag after flag) while Perriman and Hall ran past them like they were standing still.

Yeah it sort of became a joke on the UCF site that Baylor's WRs were so fast that they would score on us before we even stepped on the field. That they were ripping a hole in the fabric of space/time. Cockiest fans in the world. Only one of their fans had the stones to come back and eat his crow. It was great repping the AAC.

You would think prior to Briles arrival there that they were clubbing the Big XII teams like baby seals.
Many feel that they need to expand the Big XII so getting left out doesn't happen to THEM again.
So, of course they talk about potential candidates. For everyone's information (breathe easy), nobody from the AAC is deemed worthy by Baylor Fans. Only BYu from the G5 and pair the, with Notre Dame or Clemson, or Louisville or Florida State.
But they know poaching the AAC is not a possibility.
They fail to realize the team they are sharing the Big XII conference title with is none other than 2nd year add-in, TCU.
Nobody from the AAC can compete in the Big XII?..just not good enough. Not even you UCF
That comment saying no AAC team can compete in the Big 12 is garbage. When Oklahoma played Cincinnati a few years ago the game was close just one or two plays away from Cincy winning
Cincinnati would compete in any league once in the Big 12 recruiting improves and with a Big 12 schedule attendance will be outstanding. Cincinnati drew 58,000 for the Oklahoma game at PBS..
Agreed, Uh.....hello? Correct me if I'm wrong but didn't the AAC champion blow out the B-12 champion in the Fiesta bowl last year? Sure no team in the AAC could ever hope to compete with the B-12 champion. Keep telling yourself that if it helps you sleep better at night. What's next, are you naysayers going to tell us the moon is made of green cheese? What utter BS.

They were so fast that they were scoring touchdowns in 2018 already.
