I really wish they had delved a little more into PBJ and highlighted some of the backroom dealings instead of just hinting at them. All said though, I'm incredibly grateful for the attention ESPN gave us and for the Baylor crowd chanting UAB. 01-ncaabbs

That should get some positive attention. There may still be hope for a reversal of that disastrous decision.

Short term, we may not need the BOT exposed.

I am hoping that once this is reversed that we will be able to receive donations & invest in the program.

I would not think that the BOT would not turn down funds for an IPF openly after this.

That is my hope.

I hope so.

I think we are making great strides in getting the story out and I believe board is feeling the pressure being put on Dr. Watts. I have not, to this point, seen any one that agreed with Dr. Watt's decision without it being more than lukewarm. Once Dr. Watts is removed, the story will come back up and, with the increased attention, the board would hesitate to engage in such obvious mistreatment as they did before.

I liked Corsos comment about not everything coming to light. And all of the GameDay comments were positive

I was concerned Gameday would have Finebaum on and he'd start his anti-UAB sermon again. But it could not have been a more favorable report about the situation for UAB. My wife graduated from Baylor (when their football was horrible) and she was very proud of the BU students today.

Hearing that crowd chant, "UAB" for a nationally televised game in Waco for what was arguably their biggest game ever in 100+ years of football will make me root for them for life. It gave me chills. Sic 'em Bears!
