Condolences
I didn't really want to start a separate thread on this, but I just didn't see one that made sense to put my heartfelt condolences in.

I've got some good message board friends over here and wanted to at least stop by and offer my condolences. There aren't any words that would make anyone feel here any better or make anything in this process easier for you, but I didn't want to let all of this nonsense pass by without expressing my sorrow for you guys.

I've seen the videos, read the stories, etc, etc, etc; but no one can feel what you guys, the players, the coaches, and all associated with Blazer athletics feel; so I won't even try to express that.

As an aside, I want to thank each of you for the welcome that you always gave me whenever I visited this forum. Class act, UAB fans, pure class all the way through a lot of difficult times.

Hopefully at some point we'll revive the basketball series and we can connect on a game or two.

Best wishes to each of you as you struggle through this process.

Thanks OldTiger for the thought but we aren't dead yet - just mostly dead. We believe in miracles around here so don't be surprised if there's a "resurrection" in our future.

RE: Condolences
No condolences needed at this point.

I'm a huge pessimist and tend to see the worst in everything. There's no way that Watts survives to graduation.

RE: Condolences
Thanks OT. You were a Memphis fan that I welcomed to this board, because of how you carried yourself. I see nothing has changed.

We're going to do our damndest to beat this. No one is giving up. Watts' position is growing untenable'

We might lose. We won't quit.

RE: Condolences
Thanks oldtiger. You have always been kind to us all and as far as I'm concerned you can start a thread about whatever you want here. Hopefully something good comes out of this entire mess.
