Not sure that GP wants to confront the delusions of grandeur with the Wal Marters, though. I think he could win at Michigan, although probably not win the B1G consistently. Remember how all the experts predicted disaster at Mizzou when they jumped to the SEC? All he's done is get to the title game several times.
Still, for some reason, I don't see him leaving Missouri at this point in his career.

Anybody notice a pattern here? It took him about 4 or 5 seasons to get his program to contender status, both at UT and MU. After that point, 7 - 5 was a bad year. Was 12 - 20 in his first 4 years in the B12, 35 - 22 after that.
When Mizzou went to the SEC, it included a steep learning curve regarding conference foes, but his years of HC experience shortened the time frame to get his team competitive.
