You should have tried to find in on ESPN.com. They spun it as a cost effective blah blah blah.

Bob Ryan actually questioned if something funny was going on since they hired a new coach a year ago. Other guys ran with the cost/revenue argument. Basically, no one up there cares about it at all.

Well what did you expect. UAB isn't in the Cabal.

Well the problem is those guys don't actually know the corruption, so at face value if you believe this actually was a financial decision I could understand supporting it. However, anyone who has spent 5 minutes researching it know it's not a financial decision.

Bomani Jones and Dan Lebetard were talking about it today on thier show. Bomani mentioned the politics being the primary factor. Hes on UAB's side. Should reach out to him

OTL did a nice piece. The guy from AL.com and your TE that is an Army vet was on to discuss his words in the video. Too me it made the BoT look bad. Of course Finbaum was slurping Bear Jr and Bama.

Tim Brando was all over it today. Of course he's been an advocate for UAB all along.

Exactly. It was a "We're UA-Tuscaloosa and we're better than you therefore we deserve money more than you" decision.

At least their college football show this afternoon was positive toward UAB getting a bowl game and it would be a good PR move for someone to score it. Said it should be a general bid seeing as CUSA has its contracts filled for its bowls.
