I think the preferable way to go is at most two P5's one G5 and one FCS. I wouldn't mind scheduling just one P5 unless it is a two for one or home and home. We need bowl eligible teams and a good OOC or we are never going to change the incorrect perception that any G5 outside of the AAC is really any better than us overall.

RE: 2015 OOC
Preferred OOC for me: 1P5 away, 2 P5/G5 home/away, 1 FCS/G5 home. Basically I'd like to have 6 home games a year and alternating home and away games with G5 (and lower P5) teams. With just 1 money game. Hoping we can get better deals so we don't have to play 2 money games, but may have to for the next few years until our booster numbers and ticket sales increase anther 40-50%.

I would think you would have to. They don't play at Hawaii and I don't know of a special waiver to play 13.

I looked at all of their ooc opponents' schedules, and NMSU is on their schedules too.

Right - Word is, probably Boston College ( a 1 for 1 return trip ) will be rescheduled for a later year.

So adjust tallies accordingly.

If it is announced in the next week that UAB will end football in 2015/2016, you can all mark that down as an easy win. Blazers play Georgia State, USA, and Troy next year.

RE: 2015 OOC
I know App's preferred scheduling method under Cobb was going to be:

1 P5 money game away
1 G5 home
1 G5 away
1 FCS home

starting in 2016 though, we do not have any FCS games scheduled. Looks like current admin are getting more aggressive in the scheduling to bring more G5's and some P5's to Boone

App will most likely be riding a 7-game winning streak heading into Death Valley. Definite dub.

ULM only has 4 home games in 2015?

I believe we're playing Nichols at home. Five non conference due to playing at Hawaii.

ULM only has 4 home games in 2015?

They get the 13 game exemption for playing at Hawaii, so they'll likely pick up a 5th OOC game for at home.

We are definitely playing Nicholls State at home on Sept. 12th. We could go 3-2 with that OOC schedule. Alabama will be seeking serious revenge for 2007 and Georgia will be tough anyway. We have past series wins over Tulsa and Hawaii. Nicholls shouldn't be a problem.
