Polls updated. I know these polls really don't matter anymore.

I thought we would drop a little bit due to the close win at UAB. At least more of the G5 is getting a bit more respect this week,

I have a fear when the Committee Poll comes out Tuesday, either CSU or Boise is going to be ranked. No biggie if it is CSU, Boise would be another matter.

Best case is that Boise wins out and loses the mwccg

I think you are likely right. I'm simply not going to worry about something I have no control over. Sure, I have an opinion that likely wouldn't square with the CFP Committee's, but what they do, or don't do, is not going to ruin my complete enjoyment of this special season for us...even though I am much older after Saturday's win at UAB.

I can even make an argument that Colorado State...using the "rules" I've heard from the tools on the Committee...is the more appropriate choice, given their wins against Colorado and Boston College, with their "quality loss" to Boise State. But, again, my opinion doesn't necessarily square with that argument.

I'm proud of my Herd where we are. I'll be just as proud of where we will be when the dust clears.

Its clear at this point, that the committee wants use us as an example. Schedule p5 road games, and feed the cartel or you are going to be ignored.

Thats why the committee will choose any alternative that they can muster within reason.

Its a shame that an undefeated team, is getting he cold shoulder in college football. Thats a monumental task and accomplishment, regardless of the schedule.

If you don't want to hear it, then feel free to crawl back to your board where you guys blasted everyone with arrogance and then couldn't deliver. You didn't run the conference table last year either when it was downgraded with the presence of Tulane and Tulsa. And you certainly didn't do it with the average margin we are.

They are basically doing the same thing to Florida State. If they had not won the championship last year, they might get left out of the top 4. Barely hanging in there as is.

Was listening to the Dan Patrick Show this morn in the vehicle, and they had former Oregon QB and Fox analyst Joey Herrington on. Herrington went on to rave about Florida State, saying they were the ONLY undefeated team in the FBS.

I'm looking at Boise's schedule and really it's not that impressive at all. Air Force is not a good loss at all, regardless of what they want everyone to think. Any their only P5 win is UCONN who has 2 wins. I'm sorry but that's just not that impressive. At least outside of last week we were smashing everyone we played regardless of their record. The MWC outside of the top 3 teams is not that strong, but for some reason gets tons of love from the national media.

UConn is not a P5 team.

The good news is that all 3 of those MWC teams are in the same division.

There is a possibility (I think) that Fresno goes to the MWC Championship game at 5-7
